The administrative district is located in the heart of the new
capital, on the 11th axis directly where it overlooks all of the
legislative authority of the state represented in the parliament building, the Senate the City of Justice, and
the Administrative Control Authority, it also overlooks the executive authority represented in the district government and the presidential palace. It is bordered from the east and south by the most famous religious places such as the Masjid of Egypt and the Sheikhdom of Al-Azhar as well as the most famous tourist areas represented in the area of heritage and arts and the fashion district.
The administrative district is located on an area of 27
acres on which only 16 specialized administrative buildings are located with ground elevations + 8 recurring floors which makes it one of the most attractive areas for specialized administrative activities
