New Capital is a city that will become the new administrative and financial capital of Egypt, housing the main government departments, ministries, and foreign embassies. On 700 square kilometers total area, it would have a population of approximately 7 million.

It is bordered from the east and south by the most famous religious places such as the Masjid of Egypt and the Sheikhdom of Al-Azhar as well as the most famous tourist areas represented in the area of heritage and arts and the fashion district.
The administrative district is located on an area of 27 acres on which only 16 specialized administrative buildings are located with ground elevations + 8 recurring floors which makes it one of the most attractive areas for specialized administrative activities.
